Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided online, by phone, or via our price calculator are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site assessment and may vary depending on the actual condition of your garage door, parts required, and access to the site.
Bookings & Scheduling
Booking confirmations and arrival windows are estimates. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of delays, particularly for emergency call-outs where conditions can affect response time.
Warranty
Workmanship and parts supplied by us are covered by the warranty terms communicated to you at the time of service. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear outside the warranty period.
